At Linux-man Distros we aim to dispatch your order within 48hrs of receipt of cleared
funds. If paying via our secure servers your order will normally be dispatched the same day.
We will keep you informed of your order status through out the whole process. This will be via automated emails,
and updates which can be viewed through your customer control panel. And obviously you can
can contact us at anytime for an immediate update.
Unlike other Software suppliers, all items through-out this site have full 1st class
postage incorporated into the price. The price you see is the price you pay, no hidden fees,
VAT, packaging etc.. Simple and easy pricing. All orders over £10.00 will automaticaly
receive recorded delivery (note: this will not show during the checkout process).
However if you require recorded delivery for orders under £10.00, please do so by
selecting the appropriate postage type during checkout. Currently recorded delivery costs
an additional £0.70p and insures your order upto the value of £34.00.
Each disc ordered will be packaged in a clear protective sleeve, DVDís are supplied in DVD cases, then bubble wrapped
and sent in a protective padded envolope. For all recorded deliveries I will forward the
Royal Mail tracking reference which will enable you to track you parcel throughout the whole
delivery process. At Linux-man Distros we always aquire proof of postage from Royal Mail.
Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from dispatch. Any claim after this date will be rejected.
Prior to returning a suspected faulty item it is recomended that you first check your software on a
separate machine, as I do not offer refunds for compatibility issue. This is due to the
software being free, and as such is sold without warranty as per paragraphs 11 & 12 of the
GNU GPL licence http://www.opensource.org/licenses/gpl-license.php
The price you pay is for the media and associated costs of reproduction, and not for
the software itself. Therefore it is not feasible to warranty something that is actually free.
However, I do warranty the Media and accurate transfer of data on to the said media.
All returns must display a RMA number. This must be aquired prior to returning your distro.
Failure to do so could delay the processing of your claim.

- CDís & Sleeves to be returned to Linuxman in original condition clearly displaying the RMA number. CDís will be checked for surface damage.
- Returned Items will be checked for data integrity and test Installed.
- If the items are found to be faulty a full refund or replacement will be offered.
- If no errors are found the CDís will be returned to the customer at cost. In certain circumstances I may offer a goodwill refund or a choice of replacement. In such circumstances I retain the right to charge my resonable costs (i.e. postage, consumables, time etc..) where appropriate.
Note: Linuxman Distroís does not accept responsibility for returned items that become lost or
damaged in transit. The customer assumes full responsibility to ensure that returned items are
packaged and sent by appropriate means. Any Items received in a damaged untestable state will be returned
to the customer at cost.
