Terms of Supply
Please note we do not offer technical support or supply
supporting documentation, although this is readily available
within the operating system and through the internet if needed.
Linux is an extremely compatible operating system where built-in driver
support is excellent, however it is up to the end user to ensure compatibility
with your hardware prior to dispatch.
All of my distros come from official sources and have been checked against MD5
check files to ensure error free duplication. Each version is reproduced on quality
CDR media and checked before dispatch. Due to the free nature of the software I supply,
refunds/replacements can only be offered in the unlikely event that your media is damaged
or faulty, I cannot offer refunds/exchanges for compatibility issues.
Even though these distros have been designed to safely dual boot with Windows,
this is done entirely at your own risk. I supply this software under the condition
that you accept full responsibility for its use and in no way hold Linux-man Distros
accountable in the unlikely event that damage is caused to your system (hardware or software)
including data lost from its use.
All possible precautions have been taken to ensure that my distributions are virus free.
However, as with all software, I recommend that you perform your own virus security checks
prior to installation.
I distribute this software in accordance to the GNU General Public Licence.
The price you pay is to cover the cost of Media, Postage and Software Duplication. All distros found on this website can be downloaded from their respective authors websites. Some require a small donation others are free. Please be warned though that this is very time consuming as each single disk equates to approx 700mb. Some distros such as Fedora or Suse require 5cds. You will also need a burning application that can convert your downloaded image file into bootable disc. If you decide to aquire your linux this way please feel free to contact me first, as I would be only to pleased to offer help and advice.
By Installing any supplied software you agree to and accept fully the terms as outlined
in the GNU General Public Licence
(http://www.opensource.org/licenses/gpl-license.php)
